Tawasul service is an SMS messaging service that activates communication between entities and beneficiaries by using short mobile messages.

A service through which a letter of introduction is obtained for all university employees without referring to the administrative affairs of the university authorities 'and to the Deanship of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs in order to save time and effort.

The service allows access to various training courses and workshops within King Saud University through the training courses and workshops service within the e-services portal.

The program offers different Arabic interpretations of the verses of the Holy Quran (Al-Saadi, Ibn Kathir, Ibn Ashur, Al-Baghawi, Al-Qurtubi, Al-Tabri, Al-Wasit Al-Tantawi) and an English interpretation (Tafheem Al-Quran by Al-Mawdudi).

The university's e-portal provides a service for faculty members that allows them to create personal websites that they manage themselves, through which they provide their basic information in addition to research and educational information. 

Through this service, users of the scientific production base system can register theses, scientific papers and research projects.

The system is directed to be used by retired Saudi faculty members from inside or outside King Saud University, and the university wishes to use them for limited periods based on the recommendation of the departments.
