The e-services portal was established to unify services under one umbrella and save effort and time for employees and faculty members in following up requests for academic and job-related work, for example (e-identification service and party clearance service) Previously, those who needed it had to go to the Deanship of Human Resources and complete the transaction in various university entities, and after launching the portal, the service became fully automated and the request was followed up and completed through it.

Establishment Reasons

Out of the keenness of the Deanship of Electronic Transactions and Communications to provide the best and the best, the Deanship started to add an essential part in the structure of e-services, which is the King Saud University Portal for e-services, where the employees of King Saud University (faculty members or employees on the job) can access the electronic services available by the university through an electronic portal, thus achieving unified access to these services and controlling the permissions available to each user, where the user's electronic services are displayed (according to the group to which the user belongs, taking into account his authority within the service)

The user can move between the available services easily and conveniently, and the portal provides full and optimal protection of user data and service data.
